Πέρασε αρκετό διάστημα από τότε που έλαβα τα σχέδια του SOLE NERO (= μαύρος ήλιος), ενός project που υλοποιεί η ομάδα του CTRLZAK υπό την καθοδήγηση του Θάνου Ζακόπουλου και της Katia Meneghini.

Πρόκειται για μια πρόταση του ευρηματικού διδύμου που θα αλλάξει πραγματικά την αντίληψή μας για τα καταστήματα οπτικών ειδών. Ίσως είναι αυτός και ο βασικός λόγος που δεν δημοσίευσα πιο νωρίς την ανάρτηση αυτή, γιατί περίμενα να δω... Να δω πόσο design, πόση αφαιρετικότητα, πόση εργονομία μπορούν να χωρέσουν σε μερικά τετραγωνικά μέτρα στο εμπορικό κέντρο της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων. Ήθελα να δω με τα μάτια μου τι "υπερκόσμιο", όπως υποδηλώνει και ο τίτλος, γινόταν πίσω από το εντυπωσιακό διαφημιστικό που κάλυπτε την περιοχή εργασιών, και το πέτυχα!!!

Για μια ακόμη φορά κατάφεραν με τον πιο ξεκάθαρο τρόπο να με μυήσουν στη φιλοσοφία του STUDIO μέσα από τη φόρμα του κύκλου που γίνεται αισθητή σε όλο το χώρο. Και αυτή δεν είναι παρά η δημιουργική ματιά δύο νέων ανθρώπων με κέντρο την αισθητική, τη σημειωτική, τη λειτουργικότητα και τη βιωσιμότητα. Τα εγκαίνια του SOLE NERO αναμένονται στις αρχές του Μαρτίου 2010.

It's not long time ago since I received the proposal for SOLE NERO (= black sun), a project that is developed by the team of CTRLZAK and the guidance of Thanos Zakopoulos and Katia Meneghini.

It's a proposal made by the creative couple that will change our perspective about the optics stores. Maybe that is the reason I postponed the publish of this post, because I was waiting to see... To see how much (if we can count) design, simplicity and ergonomy can have in a few square metres in the commercial centre of Ioannina city. I wanted to see with my eyes the "metaphysic", as the title implies, work been made behind the impressive advertising that covers the construction work area. And I made it!!!

Once again they accomplished with the most evident way to initiate me into the philosophy of STUDIO through the form of circle that becomes perceptible in the whole space. And this is, the creative clear glance of two young persons with centre the aesthetics, the semiotics, functionalism and the sustainability. The opening of SOLE NERO is expected in the beginning of March 2010.
