Stella McCartney kids collection
A couple of days ago, Catherine Tate turned on the Christmas lights at Stella McCartney's Bruton Street store in London. As you can see from the above picture the fantastic display, powered by Ecotricity, will certainly put you in the Christmas mood.
Additionally, Stella McCartney has launched her first kids' collection in early November with a capsule collection for Holiday 2010. The collection, for boys and girls, aged newborn to 12 years, can be found online at stellamccartneykids.com. Prices for the collection range from US$20 for a baby's t-shirt to US$155 for a coat.
Stella McCartney said, "I wanted this first collection to include basic pieces that are comfortable and that address a child's needs, without sacrificing the fun and carefree elements."
We surfed around the Stella McCartney Kids website and we found interactive applications for both parents and kids, see 'PLAYGROUND', where everybody can have fun and explore various features like downloading wallpapers that are a print from the collection or watch videos and read lullabies.
In addition to the online shopping service, the collection is also available in Stella McCartney stores in London, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Riyadh, Jeddah, Beirut and the soon to open location in Las Vegas. In March, a full range Spring-Summer collection will hit stores with an expanded retail distribution.
