A Japanese Valentine by Hugo & Victor
On the occasion of the Salon du Chocolat Japonais and the Valentine's Day on Monday, famous patisserie & chocolaterie Hugo & Victor in Paris created a limited edition of chocolates, totally inspired by the traditions of the "Land of the Rising Sun".
The limited edition consists of two types of chocolates: GIRI-CHOCOS, are small sphere chocolates made by saké and praliné and HONMEI-CHOCO, are chocolates in a heart shape made by black chocolate and praliné à l'ancienne.
