Following our previous post (10th Sharjah Biennial) it seems that March is definitely the month of Arts in the Persian Gulf area as 45 minutes drive from Sharjah, Art Dubai 2011 takes place from 16th to 19 March 2011. The art fair is considered as the leading for the MENASA region (Middle East, North Africa and South Asia) and brings together 82 galleries from 34 countries, plus a collateral programme of events including Global Art Forum_5, Art Park, the Abraaj Capital Art Prize, talks, commissioned projects and performative tours.
