Miltos Golemas exhibition at Zoumboulakis Gallery
Zoumboulakis Galleries are quite busy this week. Tomorrow, at 20 Kolonaki Sq. Contemporary Art Gallery, open the doors of Miltos Golemas "Under the sky" art exhibition. It is the second solo exhibition of the artist with mixed media and oil on canvas paintings. Golemas paints memories from the past that are in some way connected with the land. As we read in the press release "The new Golemas' artworks are a surprise that exceed the optical experience. They are activating all senses, the viewer can feel the humidity in the air, can listen the wind breeze brushing the wheats, can smell the freshly grounded soil."
The exhibition ends on 9th April 2011. The gallery opening hours are: Tue - Fri 11.00 - 15.00 and 17.00 - 21.00, Sat. 11.00 - 14.00, Sun & Mon closed.
On Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th March 2011 at Pireos multiple event loft, Zoumboulakis Galleries, ANTIQUA, Argyriadis, Vlastaris and Martinos Antique Stores organise for second year the "Come and See" bazaar. Art collectors and lovers will have the opportunity to find small treasures around the stalls which will be stuffed with silver objects, jewelry, furniture, porcelain, ceramics, paintings and books.
