White Fire Ring by Fabergé
The exquisite, feminine, all-white, all diamond refinement of the new Fabergé Carnet de Bal (Dance Card) collection presented during the Paris Couture week, at the end of January. This curvaceous White Fire Ring, with its dancing rhythms and intricate curling openwork, part of the Carnet de Bal collection, conjures up images of the lavish parties and celebrations of the St Petersburg winter social season.
The central round stone of 5 carats is held by licking flames of fiery diamonds, evoking the fire and light, music and dancing of banquets and balls, while the intense whiteness of the diamonds, the finesse of details on each jewel, refers to the hand-made, embroidered and embellished white gowns that were de rigueur at these dazzling festivities.
