Piment knife by Hilton McConnico
Most of us have seen his creations in fashion houses like Ted Lapidus and Yves Saint Laurent, then he moved in the world of design and with his imagination he created everyday objects and designs that exuded poetry. Hilton Mcconnico is definitely a major name on the current design scene. I can list just a few of his most recognisable objects as the DAUM cactus, the clever stickers for Paristic and the PLEYEL "Parallel" piano, a true harmony of expertise and physical beauty. Mcconnico singed lately two amazing pieces for Forge De Laguiole, the VIRGULE and the PIMENT knife (see above).
