23 artists join forces and raise their voices for action against HIV/AIDS. "Homo Sapiens in love" is a group art exhibition at Booze Cooperativa (Athens) with one and only objective, to praise LOVE and to aware people of AIDS. Curatorial team Ko˩˩eCtivA2rt ©, fan of the FLUXUS art movement, believes that this art project can be a media for public awareness and a great opportunity to see various artistic forms such as painting, sculpture, photography, installations, videos, performances, illustration and industrial design from all over the world.



Exhibition participants are: Eugene Ankomah (UK), Rebecca Taki (Cyprus), George Gizaris (Greece), Eva Koliopantou (Greece), Maher Diab (Liban), Joanna Chrysohoidis (USA), Manolis Anastasakos (Greece), Theodora Foutrou (Cyprus), Fabio Di Rocha (Brazil), Kalos & Klio (Greece), Andy Kurovets (Ukraine), Shema Lavda (UK), Sahak Sahakian (Norway), Kate Haliori (Greece), Maria Trialoni (Greece), Kostas Gourtzis (Greece), Anderson Santos (Brazil), Αdonis Νikolaou (UK), Katerina Fanouraki (Greece), Anastasia Boikou (Greece), Αrtemis Raouna (France), Kostas Sklavenitis (Greece), Nikolin Sylaj (Albania).


Additionally, 15% of the artwork's sale will be donated to the Non-Governmental Organisations, PRAKSIS and LIFE CENTRE for their campaigns which are under the authorisation of KEELPNO.


The exhibition opens on Friday, 8th April 2011, at 20.00 hours whereas at 21.30 will take place the live performance of Eugene Ankomah. "Homo Sapiens in love" will end on 4th May 2011.
