Flaneur X exhibition
On the occasion of Stefanos Tsitsopoulos book publication (FLANEUR, IANOS publications, 2010) Kalos&Klio Showroom and the SOUL magazine are glad to present Flaneur X (8th June to 8th July 2011). An exhibition with Petros Nikoltsos unpublished photographs that reflect the turbulance in major Greek cities and cities around the world.
«... Nikoltsos is one Flaneur maniac that crosses the streets and the cities and changes earth parallels without keeping any notes in his Moleskine, because he has his photographic camera. The persons, the landscapes, the city secrets, the metropolitan vertigo as well as the silent places are recorded with Nikoltsos charismatic glance».
Petros Nikoltsos was born in the city of Thessaloniki in 1979. He studied photography in John Brooks (Oceanside, California) and in Nikos Economopoulos workshops (Athens). He has worked as an assistant of Jim Goldberg. In 2004 was accepted in the Dusseldorf Arts Academy and in 2007 he publishes the book "Los Angeles" (Melani publications).
