ELEPHANT at Kunstverein München

ELEPHANT was designed and created by Munich-based photographer Fritz Beck (*1980 in Tübingen, D), industrial designers Charlotte Talbot (*1987 in Giens, FR) and Jonathan Mauloubier (*1986 in Clermont-Ferrand, FR). This was the first time these young practitioners have been working together under the curation of Anja Lückenkemper. The project was part of the "Local Contemporary"/ Kunstverein Munich display window and run from October 6th until November 25th 2012.

The display gradually changed over the 7 week duration of the exhibition, so that ELEPHANT, the result of their collaboration, became in a sense a capsule that emphasised the notion of time as a process whilst finding a way of visualizing temporality.

The Local Contemporary is supported by Kulturstiftung der Stadtsparkasse München.

For the end of their project display, the three practitioners uploaded the above video under the title "ELEPHANT is leaving".
