Stelios Koudounaris presents on Monday 22nd October 2012 his SS 2013 under the title "SILENCE" during the 12th Athens Xclusive Designers Week (20th - 23rd October 2012). Taking into consideration his warm invitation and the good news about his atelier relocation (Achaiou 15, Kolonaki) we wanted to take a look into his Fall/Winter 2012 collection.

Stelios once again is faithful to his design obsessions, adding some elements that are presented more mature and innovative than ever. Multiple layers are found in liquid, almost "wet" silhouettes crafted in a completely different way along with lines that follow the body shape. New textures in the knitwear together with some ethnic aesthetic details recreate the collection which, dominated by black and grey, is painted for the first time with deep red - almost burgundy and mat gold. The woman of Stelios Koudounaris is in a battlefield and the man, a warrior himself, is constantly on her side, faithful and devoted to her strength.
