Stelios Koudounaris Spring/ Summer 2013 collection
For his Spring/ Summer 2013 collection, designer STELIOS KOUDOUNARIS envisions the depth of the female beauty and seeks its crystal tones. This year the fashion designer is influenced by the depths of the deep where the vibrations are harmonic and soft, the colors are mixed and become a shiny mosaic which you can see, you can almost hear it in the silence. Taking this into consideration Koudounaris presented the SILENCE collection where he intermixes the blue-green and its iridiscenses with shades of grey and beige and adding some black accents to emphasize the metallic textures of the fabrics. The multiple layers remain in “wet”, almost fluid silhouettes along with the more geometric pieces. The stripes are back again with an interesting mix of patchwork. The woman of Stelios Koudounaris becomes dreamy, almost immaterial and at this specific moment the man accompanies her quietly, like a diver, dressed in soft, summer colors.
