Photometria Ioannina Photo Festival 2012
8th May 2012 is the final day for uploading your photos, in order to participate in the Photometria competition. This year's subject is "Borders", a word that is synonymous with the boundaries defining the boundaries between people. Photographers are invited to a creative composition to capture not only demonstrate a special culture, a society, a country, but anything can unite or join. Limits we set in our everyday life, moral, existential, social, etc. Boundaries that exist around us, through our neighborhoods, countries, culture points without limits, common areas of expression and communication.
On May 16 the jury will select the 25 best photos which will be exhibited in the Cultural City multiplex in old slaughterhouses Ioannina. From that day (May 16th) to May 27th the public can vote for the best three images of the 25 selected. Interested parties will also be able to vote via the site www.photometria.gr. The results of the 4 best photos will be announced on May 27 at the closing ceremony of the Festival and via the official website.
Photometria Festival is organized for the fourth year in the city of Ioannina and is the first interactive festival in which they can participate and vote those who love the art of photography.
